Whilst we state that delivery is 2 -3 days, by far the majority of all of
our shipments are
received by our customers next day
Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing the carrier’s
delivery note. Check
carefully that none of the boxes have been damaged, if they have you must sign the
carrier’s note “Received damaged” otherwise you will be deemed to have received the
shipment in good condition. Secondly count the number of boxes making up the delivery.
If you have received fewer boxes than those stated on the carrier’s note then endorse
the note to that effect e.g. ONLY X BOXES RECEIVED.
At the time of publication our preferred carrier is Tufffnells although this may vary
where pallet quantities or awkward loads are concerned.
